The Shipping Policy

At TrendzLane, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship all over Pakistan.

  • International shipping will be introduced soon (details to follow).

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 working days (major cities).

  • Extended Areas: 5 – 7 working days.

  • Express Delivery: 1 – 2 working days (available in selected cities).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above [ PKR 5,000].

  • A flat rate of [300] applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery of your products.

6. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.

  • Customers will be updated promptly in case of unexpected delays.

7. Address & Contact Information

  • Please provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • TrendzLane is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

The Shipping Policy

We understand that many customers prefer paying at the time of delivery. That’s why TrendzLane offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

1. Availability

  • COD is available for all orders within Pakistan.

  • Not applicable for international orders.

2. Order Limits

  • Minimum order for COD: PKR [2000].

  • Maximum order for COD: PKR [50,000].

  • Orders above the maximum limit require advance payment.

3. Process

  • Pay the courier in cash when your parcel is delivered.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready to ensure smooth delivery.

4. Verification

  • For high-value COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp for confirmation before dispatch.

  • Unverified orders may be cancelled.

5. Refusal of Parcel

  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels without valid reason may result in restriction of COD option for that customer.

6. Extra Charges

 

  • In some cases, nominal COD handling charges may apply depending on courier policy. Customers will be informed at checkout.
